Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During high-volume periods (such as product drops, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

WRLDSURS ships internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

WRLDSURS is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. WRLDSURS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

WRLDSURS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
