All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited nature of our products and to maintain quality standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

Please refer to our size guide before placing an order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (at our discretion)


Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Lost or Stolen Packages

WRLDSURS is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly with your tracking information if this occurs.
